Impact 23

Impact 23 is an annual educator’s conference. The name comes from the idea of educators impacting their students for the other 23 hours of the day that they are not in their classroom. The colors were chosen to set a bright, bold, and inspiring tone. Wanting to avoid cliché imagery (e.g. apples, books, etc.), I chose to make the logo abstract. The logo is based on sparks of light and the placement of a clocks hands: eluding to the time and passion educators put into their roles, and the inspiring effect it can have on their students.

This video was used to unveil the logo to the client and illustrate the it’s origins.
